The third annual Clarksville Day celebration brought the old town site to life.
MADELINE MOSELY ran the reunion picnics with Mimi Tong, and after Tong died. Madeline formed a Clarksville Historic Society, which is the predecessor to the Clarksville Region Historical Society. What was it like back in the day? We had the store here in Clarksville . This was highway 50 at the time, and we had a lot of business. Even after the highway bypassed Clarksville , all the ranchers still came in. My dad worked his tail off.
